Handover protocols in a few taps

An app for digital apartment handovers: PDF protocols, signatures, meter readings, keys and defect tracking on site. It runs on iPhone and Mac so the walkthrough in the flat and the follow-up at the desk share the same data.

The problem

Paper-based handover protocols make handing over a flat needlessly laborious for landlords. Defects, photos, meter readings and keys have to be documented by hand, then painstakingly pulled together and filed. That takes time and makes it harder to reliably trace the condition of a flat at move-in and move-out.

The solution

With Immobilien Protokoll, the handover is documented fully digitally and in a structured way. Record defects, photos, meter readings, keys and signatures on site, then automatically generate a professional handover protocol as a PDF. You save time, reduce errors and have all the important information about your properties at hand whenever you need it.

The problem

A monthly payment tells only part of a mortgage's story. Fixed-rate periods, remaining debt and extra repayments make it difficult to compare offers and understand long-term costs.
