2. Hosting & log data

The website is hosted by Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA). When you visit, technical access data (IP address, date and time, URL, referrer, user agent) is collected to provide and secure the website.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Transfers to the USA are possible; Vercel uses, among other things, standard contractual clauses.

3. External links

This website contains links to external services (e.g. the Apple App Store and our own product websites such as immo-assistant.de and immobilien-protokoll.de). When you click a link, the respective operator's privacy policy applies.

4. Cookies / local storage

Your cookie choice is stored in local storage ("cookie-consent-v1" with the categories essential, statistics, marketing and external media) to control the banner and optional services.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (necessary for consent management) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 25(1) TDDDG for analytics.

5. Web analytics (Google Analytics 4)

Activated only after consent via the consent banner. Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Pseudonymous usage data is processed (page views, click paths, device and browser information). This may include events such as clicks on project links, App Store links, contact links, and imprint and privacy links. Google may transfer data to the USA; the basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG and standard contractual clauses.

Consent can be withdrawn at any time via the cookie settings, or prevented through browser settings or a browser opt-out.

6. Contact by email

We process data from emails to handle your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual communication) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding).

7. Retention period

Access data held by Vercel and optional analytics services is deleted by the respective providers according to their own retention periods. We retain email enquiries only for as long as necessary or as required by statutory retention obligations.

8. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Rhineland-Palatinate.
